We have heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner, who claims to be a social worker residing more than 30 kilometres away from the locality/colony where a short iron pillar is installed in the road to restrain heavy and large vehicles from entering the small by-lane in the colony. 2. The Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.7 has submitted a report in the form of an affidavit (six pages). The same is marked as X-1, for identification. 3. We expressed our disinclination. 4. The Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 5. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. 6. We deem it appropriate to record that if the present Petitioner initiates any proceedings in the same cause or connected thereto, before any other authority or Court or body, the issue of the locus of the Petitioner shall be first tested.
