Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that other accused persons have been granted bail from whom recovery has been made. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, there has been no recovery effected. The subject-matter of the present case relates to alleged recovery of 90 bottles of Codeine Mixture. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail as another case is pending against the present petitioner relating to recovery of FICNs. Having considered the antecedent of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. 2 The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1939 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
