Mr. Vinod Sharma, learned counsel with Mr. Kamlesh Budhlakoti, learned counsel for the Applicant.
2. Mr. Chittrarth Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.97 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station-Munikireti, District Tehri Garwhal.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no compliance of Section 50 of the NDPS Act and there is no FSL report to support. He submits that applicant has no criminal history.
6. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application.
7. Without expression any opinion on the final merits of the case and considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail.
8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Budhi Singh be released on bail on executing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
