Present petition has been filed for quashing of chargesheet being no. 419 / 23 in connection with the First Information Report of Uttarpara Police Station FIR No. 366/23 dated 11.10.2023 under Sections 498A / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, corresponding to GR No. 2614 / 23. Initially the interim order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025. 2. During the course of the proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that an appropriate direction may be issued to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings relating to the framing of charge. 2 3. Learned counsel seeks liberty to file an application for discharge before the learned Trial Court. 4. Liberty granted. 5. Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the discharge application filed by the petitioner expeditiously after giving notice to both the parties in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months. 6. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. 7. Consequently, all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 8.
