On perusal of the report prepared by the Commandant (Estt.) for IG, BSF, South Bengal Ftr., signed on 26th March, 2026, it appears that the name of the petitioner was erroneously enlisted in the list of disqualified candidates. 2. It has been submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Review Medical Examination Board on 20th November, 2025 and he has been found to be medically fit/qualified by the Board. 3. The authority has requested the Headquarters, DG, BSF, New Delhi to take immediate corrective steps in the matter. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the concerned authority to take all corrective measures so that the error can be rectified and subsequent necessary steps in connection 2 with the recruitment process be proceeded with and concluded at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
