The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in issuing impugned endorsement vide Progs.No.REV02- 32/78/2026-SERII-SEC-CCLA(5), dated 12.06.2026 and deferring the promotion of the Petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that disciplinary action against the Petitioner was dropped and the Petitioner was appointed by transfer as Tahasildar vide proceedings, dated 24.06.2026 to the East Godavari District. 3. In that view, the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
