The issue which falls for consideration has already been decided by this Court in the case of Sanjay Kumar Bhagat Vs. State of Jharkhand & Others in W.P. (S). No. 4928 of 2021 and other analogous cases. Both the parties admits that this case is covered by the aforesaid decision. Though the aforesaid judgment is pending for re-consideration in the LPA No. 296 of 2025 and other analogous cases, I am not inclined to keep this case pending. 2. Be that as it may since the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided in W.P. (S). No. 4928 of 2021 and other analogous cases, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the final order in W.P. (S). No. 4928 of 2021. 3. The judgment in the writ petition will cover this instant case. It is made clear that if any contrary order is passed in the Letters Patent Appeal, the same will also be applied to these petitioners. 4. Accordingly, in terms of the order passed in W.P. (S).
