Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set aside the order of suspension and revoke the order of suspension and also directed the respondent to pass appropriate order in the case of Departmental Enquiry of the Petitioner. 10.2 That the Respondent may also be directed to provide the 3/4th salary to the Petitioner from the month of December 2024 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along wit cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was placed under suspension in contemplation of a departmental enquiry. A charge-sheet was issued and an enquiry was conducted; however, as per the enquiry report, none of the charges were proved against the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted an application for revocation of the suspension on 05.12.2025, which is still pending consideration. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that, the concerned authorities are taking decision on the application submitted by the petitioner. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. On due consideration of the submissions of the parties, in particular the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges levelled against the petitioner in the departmental enquiry have not been proved, it is noted that no decision has been taken till date and that the application for revocation is also pending consideration, instead of keeping this petition pending and seeking for a reply from the respondents, I find it appropriate to dispose of this petition at this stage by directing respondent No.1 to take a decision on the applications submitted by the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 and 05.12.2025 (Annexure P/4 Colly), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
