In terms of order dated 12th August, 2026 learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 9th September, 2026 of OC Baduria Police Station, Basirhat Police District and same is taken on record. Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioners. 2. In terms of order dated 12th August, 2026 concerned police authority is required to disclose by causing enquiry whether ingress and egress of petitioner is impacted due to encroachment of PWD land by private respondents. On enquiry it is disclosed in the communication dated 9th September, 2026 that the land of petitioner is having frontage of 59 feet towards main road. It is also disclosed that respondent nos. 9, 10 and 11 by erecting 2 temporary structure on adjacent land of PWD have made obstructions but out of frontage of 59 feet 38 feet (23 feet + 15 feet) still is kept open and there is no obstruction in front of land of petitioner measuring 38 feet towards main road. 3. Therefore, it ought not to be inferred that ingress and egress of the petitioner is choked. 4. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
