Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and produced the Case Diary. 3. I have taken into account the injury report and the statement of the injured. 4. Having considered the complicity and the nature of injury I am of the opinion that it is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 2 5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner namely, Pradip Kumar Paswan @ Pardun Paswan @ Pradip Paswan in CRM (A) 2974 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7.
