Let the said report be taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid Complaint Case, in view of a Withdrawal of Complaint petition filed by the complainant- company/opposite party herein, has already been disposed of by the order dated 28.10.2023, as such the subject matter of challenge in this revisional application is no longer in existence thereby rendering the application infructuous and prays for dismissal of it. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the materials on record I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. 5. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1366 of 2024 along with the application thereto being CRAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
