This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.35965/2024 pursuant to FIR No.411/2023 registered by Hulimavu Police Station, Bengaluru. The matter is pending before the LV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent jointly submit that the dispute is amicably settled. and the complainant does not wish to prosecute the matter. The application is signed by the complainant as well as the petitioner and it is also supported by the joint affidavit. 5. The Court has perused the contents of the complaint. It is stated that the complainant's brother had hosted a party and the petitioner participated in the party in the complainant’s house and it is stated many people participated in the party and later it is noticed that certain jewelleries were found missing and complaint is filed against 12 persons who participated in the party, and thereafter the charge sheet is filed only against the petitioner. 6. The complainant who is present before the court submits that he has no intention to prosecute the matter and he has recovered all the jewelleries which are allegedly stolen. 7. It is also noticed that there is no criminal background against the petitioner. 8.
