Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ application, the appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal filed by the petitioner without any notice and without giving any opportunity of hearing, the Tribunal has excluded the name of the petitioner from the roll. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal to restore the appeal and to hear the appeal filed by the petitioner afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. The appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner being appeal no. APS2515G020426408514 dated April 2, 2026 and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
