Rashid, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P. Page No.# 2/2 Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned Addl. P.P has submitted that the part charge-sheet in the matter has been submitted in connection with Moirabari P.S. Case No. 178/2024 under Section 61(2)/ 319(2)/ 318(4)/ 338/ 336(3)/ 340(2)/ 3(5) BNS, R/W 66 (C)/ 66 (D) of the I.T. Act, 2000, (Corresponding to PRC Case No 797/2025, under section 61(2)/ 319(2)/ 318(4)/ 338/ 336/ 340(2)/ 3(5) BNS, R/W Sections 66(C)/ 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2000) vide supplementary Charge Sheet No.117/2025, dated 17.08.2025. 3. Since the petitioner has not been put up for trial, it is directed that he would approach the learned Trial Court. 4. Upon his approach, as he has not been put up for trial in the part charge-sheet, the learned Trial Court shall pass appropriate orders for his release, if he is not wanted in connection with any other case, after taking such bond and identification of the petitioner as may be deemed necessary by the learned Trial Court so that the petitioner may be summoned, in case further charge-sheet requires him to face trial. 5.
