The Petitioners have filed this Petition seeking quashing of FIR in Crime No.137 of Banasawadi Police on the file of 11th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru for alleged offences punishable under Section 418, 420, 120-B & 34 of IPC, and the criminal proceedings initiated with it. 2. The Petitioner No.1 has expired on 27-02-2026 and the Death Certificate of Petitioner No.1 is produced to substantiate the same. 3. The Respondent No.1 police have filed B-Report by dropping the Petitioners herein as accused and further, arraying them as witnesses. Wherefore, the Petitioner No.2 humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose of this Petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. Accepting the memo and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
