Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner has been in service as an Anganwadi Helper since May, 2019 and has not been paid any salary since then. 3. The petitioner was appointed in lieu of the land donated by her father-in-law on which Anganwadi Centre has been running. It was in lieu of such donation that she has been permitted to work as an Anganwadi Helper. 4. Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that her appointment has neither been regularized and in any event payment of her emoluments since May, 2019 has not been made. Repeated representations have been made by the petitioner which have been ignored and not considered by the authorities. 2 5. The respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated July 24, 2026, for regularization of her service as well as for payment of her emoluments from May, 2019 till date. 6. The entire process of consideration will be completed within November 15, 2026 and if found eligible, disbursement shall commence within a week thereafter. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There will be no order as to costs. 9.
