The 1st petitioner would submit that her husband was working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the 6th respondent school and had died on 13.07.2009. The 2nd petitioner is their daughter. The grievance of the 1st petitioner is that family pension has not been sanctioned, therefore, she made a representation dated 23.05.2024, requesting to sanction family pension to her. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioners are before this Court. 3.
