Let it be taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states upon instructions that he would only press that the Transport Authority may consider the representation made by him regarding the individual time table. 3. Learned counsel for the State / Transport Authority and the proposed intervener submit that this Court in WPA 16623 of 2026 passed an order for issuance of individual time table on the basis of 2 consolidated time table and the same was duly complied with by the authorities. 4. Learned counsel for the parties have further submitted that the matter was taken to the Hon’ble Division Bench by some of the affected persons who were not made party in WPA 16623 of 2026. Learned counsel submits that Hon’ble Division Bench without touching upon the direction as to the issuance of individual time table on the basis of consolidated time table passed a direction to revisit entire issue of time table taking into account the resolution dated 19th September, 2023. 5. Thus, upon hearing of the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the Transport Authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after giving notice to all the concerned parties in terms of the order of the Hon’ble Division Bench dated 17th August, 2026 passed in MAT 1275 of 2026. 6. Since the affidavit-in-opposition has not been filed, the averments made in the petition are not deemed to have been admitted. The contentions of the proposed intervener are also left open. 3 7. The Transport Authority shall revisit the issue and decide the same in terms of the order of the Hon’ble Division Bench as stated after giving notice to all the concerned parties. 8. With these observations the present petition stands disposed of. 9. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, stand also disposed of. 10.
