The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) To call for records and to Quash the Crime in FIR the Respondent-1 No.02/2025 registered by Vidhana Soudha police on 10.01.2025 for the alleged offences under section 132, 79 of BNS pending on the file of the Hon'ble 41st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bengaluru against the petitioner/accused, b) To grant such other relief/s as this Hon'ble court deems fit, in the interest of justice. 4.
