U/s 307 of IPC S.I. for 5 years with fine of Rs. 500/-, in default of payment of fine amount additional S.I. for 15 days. 2 In this case, vide order of this Court dated 28.02.2026, a bailable warrant was issued against the appellant, which has been returned unserved with a report and affidavit of Smt. Ratna Singh, Superintendent of Police, District - Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) dated 28.02.2026 along with the death certificate that appellant Sukhdev Singh died on 15.12.2025. 3 Learned State counsel agreed with the report. 4 In that view of the matter, this Criminal Appeal stands disposed of as the legal representative of the appellant has not approached to contest the appeal.
