The petitioners were alleged to have defalcated approx Rs. 9,60,000/- from the informant and other victims out of which Rs. 4,72,000/- was paid earlier to the informant and today a demand draft of the balance amount has been handed over to the informant, who is present in this Court in-person. 3. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 19.11.2025, is hereby confirmed.
