Petitioner No.1 is the husband of respondent No.2 and petitioner No.2 is the mother-in-law of respondent No.2. It is submitted that the marriage between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 is dissolved in terms of a decree for dissolution of marriage granted in M.C.No.2106/2026 before IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 5. It is also submitted that the said proceeding is culminated pursuant to the application under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Respondent No.2 is present before the Court and submits that the dispute is settled and she has no intention to prosecute the petitioners. 6. Since the marriage is dissolved in terms of a decree for divorce and alimony is also settled, this Court is of the view that the further prosecution does not serve any purpose. 7.
