2. In spite of service none appears for the opposite party.
3. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case No. 21 of 2026 from the Court of learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar to the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kalyani, Nadia.
4. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she presently resides with her minor child at Village-Palapara, Uttar Bhawanipur, P.O. & P.S.-Chakdadh, Dist. Nadia, PIN-741 222 (ordinary place of residence of the child).
5. On the other hand the husband/opposite party resides at

Ward No. 1, Purana Bazar, P.S.- Visharatgunj, Dist.-Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, PIN-243 302.

On hearing the learned counsel for both the petitioner and also on considering that the ordinary place of residence of the child is at Chakdah, Nadia, this Court relying upon its order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors., directs that Act VIII Case No. 21 of 2026 be withdrawn from the Court of learned District Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, Nadia.
7. Learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, Nadia, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.
8. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, Nadia, shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if the such prayer is made.
9. CO 2658 of 2026 is disposed of.
10. Connected application is also disposed of.
11. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.
