Mr. Akshay Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. By the instant writ petition, the petitioner is praying for the following relief: - (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the original record of the FIR No. 0226/ 2026, dated 03.03.2026, under Sections 109 and 352 of BNS., registered at P.S. Laksar District Haridwar and quash the said FIR (Annexure No. 1). 2. In support of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, the counsel for the complainant placed before this Court the medical report of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The counsel for the complainant also pointed out that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. 3. Prima facie, on perusal of the medical report it reveals that the allegation as alleged in the FIR requires thorough investigation. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
