Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 125 ( b ), 109, 103 (1) , 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . Petitioner is named in the F.i.R. with specific accusation that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted brother of informant, who died during course of treatment. Informant claims to be eye witness. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre- arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
