ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to my attention that a connected Second Appeal had been preferred in S.A.No. 144 of 2020 challenging the very same Judgment and Decree which are being impugned in the present Appeal.
2. This Court by a Judgment dated 15.03.2024 had dismissed the Appeal and had confirmed the Judgment and Decrees of the Court below. That being the position, the principles of res judicata operates. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 29.06.2026 Index :Yes/No
