The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge No. 1, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Jaipur, whereby the learned Appellate Court directed the learned Trial Court to decide the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC within a period of one month. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been rejected therefore, at this stage, he only prays that the learned Trial Court [2026:RJ-JP:16652] (2 of 2) [CW-7152/2026] may be directed to decide the temporary injunction application pending before it, bearing No. 23/2025, as expeditiously as possible. 3. Heard. 4. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application bearing No.23/2025 pending before it as expeditiously as possible preferably within period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order if the service on defendants is complete and without being influenced by any order passed earlier. 5.
