It is submitted by Mr. S.K. Mallick, learned counsel for the petitioner that Rourkela Municipal Corporation Authorities have issued the notice for removal of the encroachment without issuing any notice for show cause or granting any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 2. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation (O.P. No.3) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by O.P. No.3 no eviction / demolition shall be effected in respect of the boundary wall in question. 3.
