The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in pursuance of the directions of this Court dated 18.11.2013, the petitioner has not made any further constructions, and the respondents have not interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property. It is submitted that the writ petition may be closed in terms of the interim order granter earlier. 2. Recording the submissions, the learned Standing counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection to disposing off the present writ petition in terms of interim order granted earlier by this Court. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the interim orders granted earlier. It is left open to the petitioner to comply with any requirements, if necessary, for extending or reconstructing the property. Any action on the petitioner’s property by the respondents shall be in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
