This Court, vide order dated 02.07.2026, directed the petitioner to serve a copy of the petition to the counsel for the accused before the Trial Court. The order is not complied. The complaint is of the year 2023. This Court does not find any justifiable reason to fix an outer limit for the Trial Court to conclude the proceedings. 3. However, it is submitted that the accused is repeatedly filing interlocutory applications to delay the hearing. The accused has not yet been served.
