The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 31.03.2026 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Banda. 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court an order dated 23.04.2026 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Banda by which the petitioner has been reinstated in his services on contractual basis. 3. In this view of the matter, it is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted to him, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed and the present writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
