JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) The petitioner, a suspended Food Inspector is before this Court questioning the order dated 01.09.2026 in Application No.4143/2026 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench at Bengaluru, whereunder the Tribunal directed the AGA to accept notice for respondents and to take instruction from respondents. Further directed to list on 09.09.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequently on 09.09.2026, the matter was adjourned to 22.09.2026. 2. Heard learned counsel Sri.Yashwanth Nethaji.N.T, for the petitioner and learned HCGP Sri.B.S.Sudhindra, for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Perused the entire writ petition papers. 3. The petitioner is kept under suspension by respondent No.4 - Deputy Commissioner in exercise of his power under Rule 10 of Karnataka Civil Services - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010637852026 NC: 2026:KHC:51167-DB WP No. 29280 of 2026 (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957 by order dated 27.08.2026 alleging misconduct against the petitioner in not attending the Chief Minister's programme at Kolar. Under impugned order dated 01.09.2026, the Tribunal has not passed any order on interim prayer of the petitioner, the Tribunal has only directed AGA to take notice and to get instructions. 4. Learned HCGP would submit that within 10 days the respondent would file objection to the application before the Tribunal. 5. The said submission is placed on record. 6. As noticed above the interim prayer of the petitioner is not considered or rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner urged several grounds including the ground that the petitioner reported to duty at Kolar on 01.08.2026 and she was not assigned any duty till the date she was kept under suspension. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. If as undertaken by the respondents, objections are filed within 10 days, the Tribunal is requested to dispose of the application at the earliest.
