This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) at Kakdwip to dispose of the Title Suit No.133 of 2019 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that December 11, 2026 has been fixed for filing the written statement by the defendant no.19 and for service return upon several defendant. Thus, it appears that the suit is not yet ready for hearing. For such reason this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, CO 3001 of 2026 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
