Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the appellate Tribunal has taken up the appeal and excluded the name of the petitioner from the roll. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal and to hear the appeal as fresh by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal of the petitioner and to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
