This is an Application filed for making correction in the first and middle name of the Applicant no. 1 in the title clause of the Appeal and Miscellaneous Application filed therein. 2. It is submitted that the name of the Applicant appearing in the Appeal does not resemble the name in the Aadhar card. Therefore, the present Application has been filed. The name appearing in the Aadhar card is 'Ananda Bhaktaji Bhogade'. However, in the title clause of the Appeal, it is mentioned as 'Anandrao Bhaktaji Bhogade'. 3. The First Appeal has already been dismissed by this Court by order dated 18.04.2026, and the amount deposited in this Court has been allowed to be withdrawn by furnishing identity proof. The 2026:BHC-AUG:38403 2 963CA...odt discrepancy is noticed. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the correction in the name of the Applicant in the First Appeal as well as Miscellaneous Application. 4.
