Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that an application is pending before the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal being OA/236/2025. Since the tribunal is not in session for over a year now, he has preferred the instant writ petition. 3. However, the instant writ petition on the selfsame cause of action cannot be entertained at this stage as held by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WPST/209/2025 and WPST/210/ 2025 (Aninda Sundar Das Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.). 4. In view thereof, the instant writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5. The petitioner will be at liberty to take steps as may be advised.
