JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA) Heard Sri.Prithveesh.M.K., learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate Sri.S.Rajashekar who represents respondent No.1 – State as well as Sri.Vijay Krishna Bhat.M., learned counsel for respondent No.3. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010502502021 NC: 2026:KHC:49626-DB WP No. 24249 of 2021 2. This writ petition is filed being aggrieved by order passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru (for short, ‘the Tribunal’) in Application No.5043/2021 dated 22.12.2021. 3. The main grievance of the petitioner/applicant is that the applicant was posted to Yeliyur Grama Panchayat and she reported to duty. Subsequently, through the impugned order dated 15.09.2021, she was prematurely transferred from Yeliyur Grama Panchayat to Kaggere Grama Panchayat and such transfer is against the transfer guidelines. However, on this day, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the cause does not survive for consideration now and therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of accordingly. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate endorsing the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was subsequently - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010502502021 NC: 2026:KHC:49626-DB WP No. 24249 of 2021 transferred in the year 2025 and thus, as rightly contended, the cause does not survive for consideration. 5.
