Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1629 of 2026. 2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated as Harsh Kumar Burnwal, the other accused. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Farikul Sk is allowed on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Harsh Kumar Burnwal in CRM (NDPS) 1629 of 2026. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1966 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 5. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 6. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
