The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hiranpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025, registered under section 309(4) of BNS, 2023 , pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M at Pakur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that Rs. 645,000/- was looted by the miscreants and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and even TIP has not been conducted in this case. He next submits that in identical situation co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 6990 of 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. ( 2026:JHHC:961 ) 2 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused, in identical situation co-accused has been granted bail in the aforesaid B.A and the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M at Pakur, in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
