“Devendra Singh vs. Rajdeep Singh and Others”) was filed. The said Revision has been dism issed vide judgment dated 20.12.2021, passed by learned Comm issioner, Kumaon Mandal, Nainital. Hence, the present writ 1

Heard Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Deepak Bhatt,
learned counsel for the respondents. 3 .
Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, Advocate, has requested on instructions to dispose of the present writ petition directing the Tehsildar, Bazpur to decide the said Case No.30/ 1080, filed under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901, within three months. 4 .
The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5 .
On the request of both the parties, the
order dated 18.01.2020, passed by learned Tehsildar, Bazpur, and, the
judgment dated 20.12.2021, passed by learned Comm issioner, Kumaon Division, Nainital are set aside. Learned Tehsildar, Bazpur is directed to decide the Case No.30/ 1080, filed under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901, as expeditiously as possible, as per law, but not later than three months from the date of presentation of the 2
