JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 04.04.2019 (Annexure-A) passed by Respondent No. 3-Assistant Commissioner and such other reliefs. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. Reserving liberty to the petitioner - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010070352019 NC: 2026:KHC:50606 WP No. 11381 of 2019 to approach the competent authority, the writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly disposed of. 4. In order to enable the petitioner to approach the competent authority, if the petitioner files a Revision Petition before the competent authority within an outer limit of four weeks from today, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the period spent before this Court under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. 5.
