Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and an alleged recovery of 5.5 litres of codeine mixture has been shown by the prosecution. It has also been contended that charge-sheet have been submitted and petitioner is in custody for more than 13 months. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 3. There are five criminal antecedents of the present petitioner. 2 4. Having considered the quantum of recovery and the antecedents I am of the opinion that rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. 5. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 6. Accordingly, C.R.M (NDPS) 1973 of 2026 is dismissed. 7. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 8. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 9.
