The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bank More (Bhuli O.P.) P.S. Case No. 219/2025 registered under sections 87, 137(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made of taking away of the girl and subsequently, the matter has been compromised between the parties. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of taking away the girl. 5. Considering that the matter has been compromised between the parties and petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of ( 2026:JHHC:1814 ) 2 learned C.J.M, Dhanbad in connection with Bank More (Bhuli O.P.)
