On query being posed to learned advocate representing petitioners, it is submitted that learned advocate for petitioners made a complaint on behalf of his clients and prayer is made to accommodate petitioners to show that complaint was submitted before the concerned police authority by producing acknowledgment. 3. State respondents and respondent no.6 are represented by learned advocates. 4. This is a “Police In-action” matter where petitioner needs to demonstrate before this Court that complaint was lodged before concerned police authority. 5. On perusal of the writ petition, it cannot be ascertained that police authority has received complaint dated 9th August, 2026. 6. Hence, liberty is granted to petitioners to lodge complaint with the concerned police authority if [2] petitioners find that investigation is required to be carried out based on any incident. 7. With aforesaid clarification present writ petition is disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
