The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S. T. Case No. 428/2025 arising out of Mango P.S Case No. 11/2025, registered for the offence under Section 103(1),61(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act. 3. Learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner rather the main allegation has been levelled against Bimal Gope @ Takla and Rohit Dixit. He further submits that other co-accused, Angad Malick has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.09.2025 in B.A. No. 8818 of 2025 against whom there was same and similar allegation. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24.06.2025; the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 2026:JHHC:6911 2 4. Learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail of the Petitioner and submits that the petitioner is having eight criminal antecedents. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that other co-accused, Angad Malick has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S. T. Case No. 428/2025 arising out of Mango P.S Case No. 11/2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
