Corpus aged about 19 years, who earlier, due to relations with the petitioner stayed sometime against the will and wish of the family and thereafter, she left the company of the petitioner and started living with the respondent family. 3. The police authority brought the corpus before this Court and upon inquiry, she has refused to accompany with the petitioner. 4.
