Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the instant case as she is related to the principal accused and the principal accused has been acquitted in the criminal case. Case relate to alleged seizure of 53 kgs of ganja. In view of the fact that petitioner was absconding since 2022 and trial of co-accused has taken place, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2809 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
