The petitioners are aggrieved that their claim to secure their services and entitlements thereof has not been considered, in spite of regulations being operative from 2011 till 2024. 2. To such effect, the petitioners have made multiple representations, including one on June 26, 2026, which have not been considered. 3. The respondent no. 5 is directed to consider such representations, taking into consideration the decision of this Hon'ble Court passed in MAT 429 of 2024 with MAT 430 of 2024 in the State of West Bengal and Others vs. Ranjit Saha & Ors., as well as the prevalent Rules applicable to the petitioners. 4. The entire process shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from date. 5. The resultant order shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. 6.
