Mr. Shailendra Nauriyal, learned counsel for respondent no.2 through V.C. 4. By means of this writ petition, petition has sought the following relief(s):- “(i) Issue or direction in the nature of writ, order a mandamusdirecting the Respondent selecting body UKSSSC to revise the Provisional Recommendation List dated 10.11.2023 of the post of Workshop Instructor (Branch 2- Mechanical) and include the name of the Petitioner as per his merit position of the written examination in EWS Category, inasmuch as the name of the Petitioner was included in the Provisional Recommendation List dated 25.10.2023 in UREDA Department. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the Selection Commission to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025 in a time-bound manner, within such period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No 11) (iii) Issue any suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Award the cost of writ petition to the Petitioner.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 28.11.2025 before respondent no.2 and prays that respondent no.2 may be directed to consider and decide the said representation in a time bound 2026:UHC:501 manner. 6. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has no objection to the said prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. The submissions are placed on record. 8. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 9.
