Bora, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect PRC Case No.50/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tihu. 3. The petitioners Tarun Bhagabati and Gobinda Chandra Bhagabati are shown as accused in the Charge-Sheet. During the period of investigation, they were arrested by Police and, therefore, they did not ask for bail from any Court. 4. After filing of the Charge-Sheet, the petitioners are apprehending that if they appear before the Trial Court they might be remanded to custody. 5. Both the petitioners are above 60 years of age. Considering their age, they have prayed for an anticipatory bail from this Court. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 7. The petitioners Tarun Bhagabati and Gobinda Chandra Bhagabati are directed to appear before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tihu in respect of PRC Case No.50/2025 within next 7 (seven) days from today and on their appearance they shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- each with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Page No.# 3/3 Class, Tihu. 8.
